I am doing a 51-year minimum sentence with no possiblity for release before 2050,
for a double homicide and arson that someone else (Sam Horn) planned,
perpetrated, confessed to, was seen in the neighborhood with the gun in his
hands, and was placed there by eye witnesses before and after the crimes. The
State and courts won't allow me to have a copy of the murder weapon prints to
compare with Horn's. All they will say is the prints aren't mine. I haven't been
allowed to test any of the evidence or get any experts. I wasn't even allowed to
present andy of the Horn evidence to the jury or to testify in my own defense. The
courts have blindly ignored the law and evidence. I am seeking friends that are
interested in rare and beautiful things like TRUTH and JUSTICE. I was locked up in
April of 1999. My daughter was born in August, four months later. I have been
locked up her entire life. I would give just about anything to get out and be the real
father she deserves, but if its up to the State, I'll die in prison.I would love to hear
any advice you have to offer.
